  1. Roof assessment

    The roof comes first. Mounting an array on a covering with a few years left means paying to remove and reinstall it later.

  2. Design and modelling

    Orientation, shading and roof geometry determine realistic output and panel placement.

  3. Engineering and permitting

    Attachment detail and structural loading documented, submitted with the electrical scope.

  4. Installation

    Racking, flashing, panels and inverter, with penetrations properly sealed.

  5. Inspection and interconnection

    Final inspection, then utility interconnection to energise.

Should I replace my roof first?

If the covering is near the end of its life, yes. Removing and reinstalling an array later costs considerably more than sequencing the roof first.

Do you handle permitting and interconnection?

Yes - solar needs both a building permit and a utility interconnection agreement before it can be energised, and we manage both.
