3D Design & Visualization in Fort Lauderdale

Walk your finished space before demolition starts, so material and layout decisions are made with confidence.

Plans and elevations are a professional language, and most clients do not speak it fluently - nor should they have to. A 3D model removes the guesswork: you see the actual room, at the actual proportions, with the actual materials, before anything is committed.

The value is not the picture. It is that decisions get made earlier, with better information, when changing them still costs nothing.

How it works

Our process

  1. Model build

The approved plans are built as an accurate 3D model, at real dimensions rather than an impression.

  2. Materials and lighting

Actual specified finishes are applied and the scene is lit to match the building's true orientation.

  3. Review

You review the renders and we adjust - layouts, finishes, fixtures - until the design is settled.

  4. Handover to construction

The agreed visualization becomes the reference the site crew builds to, so what was approved is what gets built.

Options

What we model

Interior walkthroughs

Move through the finished space at true dimensions before demolition begins.

Glare and heat studies

How hard South Florida light hits a room and reflects off pool water and pale terraces through the day.

Material comparison sets

The same room rendered with alternative stone, tile and cabinetry under real orientation.

Waterfront view studies

Exactly what each room will see across the canal or the Intracoastal once the openings are placed.

Building in Broward

What this means in Fort Lauderdale

Light behaves distinctively in South Florida. It is intense, it is high overhead for much of the year, and it reflects hard off pool water and pale terraces. A finish selected under showroom lighting can read completely differently in a Fort Lauderdale room facing south - and glare and heat gain are comfort issues here, not abstractions.

Modelling with the building's real orientation lets us test that before it is built: how deep the sun reaches into a room in January against July, whether a chosen stone will glare, where shading or overhangs earn their cost. On waterfront properties it also confirms exactly what the view will be from each room once the openings are where the drawings put them.

Questions

Frequently asked

Is visualization included or charged separately?

It depends on the project's scope. On design-build work it usually forms part of the design stage. We will set out clearly what is included before you commit.

Can I see different finish options?

Yes - comparing material and colour options side by side in the same room is one of the most useful things the model does.

How accurate are the renderings?

They are built from the real dimensioned drawings with the specified materials applied, so they are accurate to the design. Photographic rendering will always differ slightly from a physical room, but proportions and layout are true.

Testimonials

Happy Clients

★★★★★

“They are an amazing construction company. They gutted and redesigned my entire kitchen, created an island, opened up the space to the living room and the entire front of the house. My house looks completely different and much, much more inviting. They make great suggestions. They stayed within the budget and even gave more than what was originally discussed for the price. They have an awesome team, and they are reasonably priced AND ON TIME with the schedule. And, they were always available to discuss any questions, and so on. I will not go anywhere else for my construction needs.”
